At Wild Interiors, we take great care in preparing your orders. Each item is lovingly hand-wrapped by our small family-run team, ensuring that your beautiful homeware arrives safely and in perfect condition. We genuinely care about our products and customers, so if you ever need a helping hand, we’re always here to assist.
If you're based in the North West, why not pop into our showroom and save yourself some money on delivery fees. Although we can't promise you won't end up spending more when you see what we have in-stock waiting for you. (Brews available free of charge.)
DELIVERY OPTIONS & COSTS
• Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) – £4.95
• Express Priority Delivery (UK Mainland ONLY) – £7.95
• Channel Islands Delivery – £7.95
• Ireland – £12
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days, although we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
• Small parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.
• Larger parcels will be sent via DPD.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Some larger or heavier items may not be eligible for delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, or the Channel Islands. In some cases, a delivery surcharge may apply—if so, we’ll get in touch before dispatch to confirm any additional costs. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

Our full policy can be found on our Returns Policy page, however you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless your item is faulty or damaged when it arrives. In that case, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
We’re happy to accept returns on most items, but there are a few exceptions for hygiene and safety reasons:

- Sale items (these are non-refundable).If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just ask - we’re happy to help!
Nope! You’re free to choose any courier, but we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. This helps make sure your return gets back to us safely, as we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. As long as it reaches our hands safely, it's fine with us – we won't name and shame the bad delivery providers.
Once your return reaches us and we’ve checked everything over, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s all sorted.
